Precision Pro Auto Detailing - Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Precision Auto Aesthetics. We strive to provide the premier mobile detailing experience in Western New York. By scheduling any service with us, you hereby agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These policies ensure we can provide the highest quality of care for your vehicle while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

1. Booking and Cancellations

  • Notice Period: We require at least 12-hour notice to cancel or reschedule any booking. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a $25 rescheduling fee.

  • Company Adjustments: Precision Auto Aesthetics reserves the right to alter or move a booking time/date without penalty due to staffing, equipment failure, or hazardous weather conditions. We will notify you at least 12 hours in advance whenever possible.

2. Vehicle Preparation and Personal Items

  • Personal Belongings: Please remove all personal items, money, and valuables from the vehicle prior to your appointment.

  • Storage Areas: We will not clean internal compartments (e.g., center consoles, glove boxes, trunks) if personal belongings are present.

  • Child Safety Seats: Due to liability and safety regulations, we will not remove or reinstall car seats or boosters. Please remove them before our arrival. If left in the vehicle, we will clean around them as best as possible but cannot guarantee a thorough cleaning of that area.

3. Pricing and Conditions

  • Variable Estimates: We reserve the right to adjust the final price and service scope based on the actual condition of the vehicle upon arrival.

  • Hazardous Materials & Excessive Soiling: A minimum 10% surcharge will be applied to any job involving excessive pet hair or biohazards (including urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials).

  • Specialty Contaminants: Pet hair and sand are notoriously difficult to remove. While we are typically successful in removing visual traces, 100% removal is not guaranteed.

4. Interior Expectations and Limitations

  • Stains and Odors: We make no guarantee of total removal of all stains or odors. Some odors may require advanced treatments (steaming, ozone, or filter replacement) beyond a standard cleaning.

  • Wear and Tear: We are not responsible for damage to components that are already heavily soiled, brittle, or degraded. Cleaning "caked-on" grime from buttons and knobs may result in the loss of factory markings.

  • Headliners: Headliners are delicate. To prevent the adhesive from failing (sagging), we clean them gently. Deep-set stains may remain to preserve the structural integrity of the fabric.

5. Exterior Expectations and Limitations

  • Chemical Etching: Bird droppings, bug splatter, sap, and tar can chemically etch into paintwork. If left too long, these marks may be permanent or require advanced paint correction that risks the clear coat.

  • Wheels: Baked-on brake dust may be permanent. We use safe cleaners, but wheels with severe "pitting" or surface damage may require professional refinishing rather than detailing.

  • Trim & Protection: We strive to restore exterior trim, but some faded plastics may be beyond restoration. Additionally, the longevity of waxes, sealants, and coatings is dependent on proper maintenance and safe hand-washing.

6. Safety and Conduct

  • Workspace Safety: For your safety, please maintain a distance of at least 10–15 feet from our work area to avoid trip or slip hazards. If you need to speak with a technician, please signal from a distance to get their attention.

  • Professional Conduct: We treat our clients with the utmost respect and courtesy. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a customer is unreasonable, verbally abusive, or physically threatening.
